Emergency cover for patients of The Dental Spa and The Skin Clinic

For general and cosmetic dental patients

If you have a severe dental emergency during the week Monday to Friday, please call a Patient Advisor on 01743 34 34 33 in the first instance. We will assess your problem and if it is deemed necessary an appointment will be made for you within a maximum of 2 working days of your call but this is usually made much sooner. It is advisable to call as soon as possible in the day to manage the problem as efficiently as possible.

If you have a severe dental emergency at weekends you will normally find there will be a Patient Advisor to take you call on a Saturday with the exception of Bank Holidays.

If your severe dental emergency occurs on a Sunday then please call the practice and the details of the on-call dentist will be issued directly to you.

The Referral Clinic
If you have a concern about your orthodontic treatment or your dental implant please call the practice in opening hours to speak to the clinic coordaintor.

If you are a patient of The Skin Clinic and you have a concern, please call during opening hours and speak to a Patient Advisor. They will assess if you need to see an Aesthetic & Laser Nurse Practitioner or Dr Reid or whether it is a matter for your own GP.
