
What if I need to discuss a case before referring?
Please call a Patient Advisor on 01743 34 34 33 who will be
happy to direct your call to the appropriate person.
Do you
review patients?
If this is part of their treatment plan, as part of our
relationship with you, the clinic coordinator would keep
you informed upon.
If a problem occurs with the treatment of your patient we
would see them as soon as possible.
How long would my patient
have to wait for an appointment?
We aim to see your patient within 7-10 working days; sometimes
this is sooner or slightly longer during holiday periods.
Our clinicians are expanding their appointment books to
cope with
demand.
Can I refer for an opinion only?
Certainly, but please make this clear on the referral form
